My name is Fayçal TOUAZI, and I am an Associate Professor at M’hamed Bougara University (UMBB) – Boumerdes, Algeria.
I earned my first Master's degree in Computer Science at UMBB in 2011, followed by a second Master's degree at Paul Sabatier University – Toulouse (France) in 2012. I then obtained a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from the National Polytechnic Institute of Toulouse (INPT, France) in 2016.
I began teaching as a temporary lecturer at Paul Sabatier University in 2012. Between 2013 and 2015, I served as a contractual PhD student with teaching duties (DCCE) at INPT. In 2016, I worked as a temporary lecturer and researcher (ATER) at INPT, and held the same position at the University of Limoges in 2017.
I joined UMBB in 2017 as an Associate Professor in the Computer Science Department.
I am a member of the Vision Intelligente team at the LIMOS Laboratory (Laboratory of Computer Science, Modeling, Optimization, and Electronic Systems).
